My main is a ki based female saiyan. There will all be ki-blast ultimate based; so far I have found my favorite ultimates are: Prominence Flash. Fast, reliable, builds in damage and length every use until it tops out at three. By my third use it deals about 22k damage. Emporers Death Beam; Pretty self explanatory. As a strike main, Eagle Kick is the only one I'd say is a great super. All the others in the list are firmly okay. Have their uses, but aren't groundbreaking. Eagle Kick is a great combo extender that looks stylish as heck as a bonus. Deceptively good range too.Hmm..well there will undoubtedly be +5 Ki Super outfits in X2.
