door problems I have a 2004 kia optima, and i have a problem when you lock the doors they lock but when you unlock them the driver door stays locked, so you have to either keep the doors unlocked (not safe) or go through the passenger seat to get in, then there is the old dukes of hazzards way of getting out which is jumping out the window, anyone know how to fix thisHARDDRlVER. 6 posts · Joined 2011. #13 · Jul 20, 2011. my optima (SX)...the fuel door won't open when the tank is empty, but it has no problem opening when the tank is full. Seems like some sort of stress on the parts back there or something. Every single time. On empty I push the button numerous times, won't open.
