These two dog perks grant harm reduction / damage bonus for a few seconds after scoring a kill. These are pretty much always going to be good and I'll pick them up in every build. Other perks that are always good -. close call: immune for (2 / 3 / 4) secs after getting hit for (25 / 25 / 10%) damage. This perk is fine.It 's actually kind of insane how much damage Li does. I'm solidly okay at the game. Like, very middle-of-the-pack. My first run with her had the full secondary damage, and 2 into the skill that procs your secondary skill on weapon damage (so a full-damage Q every 1.5ish seconds). I don't think any boss survived longer than 10ish seconds before ...I think you make some good points here, a cd increase is probably an easy fix, but a 100% increase is quite heavy-handed unless we have data to support it. I think the change would be fine, but I also think this game is too easy at this point in my skill growth, so I am probably in the minority in quite a few of my opinions for that reason.
